Career

I started work at Thomas Oliver in 2007 as an office junior before working as a mortgage administrator for three years. After obtaining my General Insurance qualification I offered insurance advice to clients in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire and North London and managed a team of mortgage administrators. After returning to work from maternity leave in 2020, I started my new role as Customer Liaison Manager and General Insurance Broker in our Cheshunt Head Office.

Qualifications

I have attained my Buildings and Contents Openwork Licence, so I am qualified to offer general insurance advice to clients.

Interests

Out of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and organising family events. Thomas Oliver support the Magical Taxi Tour charity event where sick children get to go to Disney® Paris and I was involved in organising this internally.

As Thomas Oliver’s Customer Liaison Manager at Cheshunt I work closely with the mortgage advisers and financial advisers to ensure that we continue to provide excellent customer service for our clients. When I deal with our clients I try and make the process as stress free as possible.

As a General Insurance Broker, I can offer general insurance protection advice to our clients who are taking out a mortgage.
