I am accredited with a level 4 Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice (Cert SMP). This qualification goes above and beyond the FCA’s minimum requirements of a Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMAP) exam. The Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice has enabled me to expand my mortgage advice capabilities and advise clients with complex financial needs and circumstances.
