The £255.4 million in mortgage lending completed during 2025 was made up of a broad mix of mortgage types. We supported first-time buyers taking their first steps onto the property ladder, home movers navigating a changing market, and clients remortgaging to secure suitable new deals. Our mortgage brokers also arranged buy-to-let mortgages for landlords and worked with clients requiring more complex solutions.
