Thomas Oliver is delighted to be shortlisted for the national ESTAS Awards 2021, in the south-east mortgage broking category. ESTAS are the largest independent customer service awards for estate and letting agents, mortgage brokers and conveyancers in the UK.

These ESTAS awards are different because the shortlisted and winning companies are selected on reviews submitted to the ESTAS customer review platform. ESTAS reviews are completed by customers at the end of the home moving experience and verified by ESTAS to make sure they are genuine. 

ESTAS winners announced on 22^nd October at the Grosvenor House Hotel London

The ESTAS Customer Service Awards will be announced at the 18^th annual ESTAS ceremony on Friday 22^nd October 2021 at the Grosvenor House Hotel London, when the UK’s brokers, conveyancers and suppliers will gather together for the ceremony. The organisers expect over 1,000+ guests, and Phil Spencer the UK’s property personality is announcing the winning firms.
